The assigrunent consisted of developing and designing web pages within the SAP Enterprise Portal for the existing Wyeth.com platform. This is a very fast-paced environment, with hard deadlines, often unrealistic. MD was able to develop extremely quickly and was consistently accurate. Priorities change on a daily basis and to his credit; MD did an excellent job of "juggling" his schedule to meet changing deadlines, without negatively impacting other projects. He worked extremely well with all the individuals on the team and was highly respected both as a person and a professional.
MD is a hard-working, se1f·motivated individual, who frequently went above and beyond our expectations. He was instrumental in completing numerous projects in a very aggressive time frame. We are sad to see him leave, but wish him the greatest success in his new undertaking. 1 am hopeful that in time our paths will cross again and I will have the pleasure of working with MD.
